To ensure the privacy of our recipients and maintain compliance, all competitors must complete HIPAA and FERPA training before the competition begins.

Instructions:

1. Access the Portal: Visit UF MyTraining.

2. Search for Courses: Use the search bar in the top-right corner to find and complete:

   • HIPAA Awareness Training

   • FERPA Training

3. Download Your Certifications:

   • Once a course is finished, click on the Course Title.

   • Select the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

   • Select Diploma and save the file as a PDF.

All certificates must be submitted during Designer Check-In via our official Google Form. Please have your PDF certifications ready before arriving.
